Leeanna Czarnecki | BCBA
For her, supporting the neurodivergent community is a lifelong calling rooted in a childhood spent modeling inclusion and peer accommodation. After discovering that ABA was the perfect path to help individuals open up their world to new activities, she joined Blue Bridge as a Graduate Assistant. While gaining her clinical hours, she earned her degree from Ball State University and has since transitioned into her current role as a BCBA. Leeanna particularly excels in guiding young learners through the transition into middle school, where she balances building independence and social skills with a fun, high-energy environment. Driven by the belief that the world can be both scary and exciting, she meets every challenge with unwavering patience and kindness, ensuring that those she supports feel empowered to navigate their community with confidence.
